Founded by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Jackie Silver, we offer virtual nutrition counseling for neurodivergent individuals in Ontario, New York, and surrounding states. Our approach is neuro-affirming, weight-inclusive, and designed to simplify nutrition, making it practical and easy to follow.
Our team of dietitian nutritionists, including experienced autism nutritionists and ADHD nutritionists, specializes in supporting individuals of all ages—kids, teens, and adults—who are autistic, have ADHD, intellectual and developmental disabilities, ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder), or physical disabilities such as Spinal Cord Injury and Spina Bifida. Whether you’re in Toronto, New York City, New Jersey, or nearby states, we are committed to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals with personalized, compassionate care.
We also work with clients outside of these populations – our services are open to all. Please inquire to see if we’re a good fit.
