*What is a Meal Prep Plan?

This is different from traditional meal plans because it is focused on preparing simple meals and snacks in advance to last you for the week or that you can store in the freezer so you don’t have to cook everyday. I take into account your lifestyle, cultural preferences, medical needs, likes and dislikes, and cooking abilities when creating this plan for you.
