We take a weight-inclusive approach with our clients which means we focus on making sustainable health behavior changes and positive health outcomes independent of weight. We believe that bodies of all shapes, sizes, and ability levels can improve health and well-being independent of weight.

*What is a Meal Prep Plan?
This is different from traditional meal plans because it is focused on preparing simple meals and snacks in advance to last you for the week or that you can store in the freezer so you don’t have to cook everyday. I take into account your lifestyle, cultural preferences, medical needs, likes and dislikes, and cooking abilities when creating this plan for you.
