6-week virtual group meal prep program for neurodivergent adults, designed to reduce overwhelm and build confidence around feeding yourself.
We start by slowing things down and focusing on one realistic habit.
This week is about understanding why meals get skipped and how to support your body.
We move away from rules and toward simple frameworks.
This is where planning becomes more realistic.
We focus on reducing friction before and after the store.
The final session brings everything together.
Jackie Silver, MHSc, RD. Founder of Jackie Silver Nutrition,
ADHD & Autism Dietitian Nutritionist.
Hi! I’m Jackie, a Registered Dietitian specializing in neurodivergent nutrition. With 5+ years of experience working with autistic individuals and people with ADHD, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging meal planning and preparation can be when executive functioning, sensory needs, energy, and time all come into play.
As a physically disabled woman, I also understand the time and energy it takes to cook. I’ve developed practical strategies that make meal prep more manageable and sustainable in my own life, and I’m excited to share those strategies with you.
In Meal Prep Made Easy Live, I’ll guide you through realistic, neurodivergent-friendly approaches to meal planning and prep, while giving you the support, accountability, and flexibility of a live group experience. My goal is to help you find strategies that actually work for your brain, your needs, and your life.
Hear directly from Jackie about how Meal Prep Made Easy Live works, what you’ll learn over six weeks, and how this small-group experience can help make feeding yourself feel more manageable.
Meal Prep Made Easy Live is designed for neurodivergent adults, particularly people with ADHD, autism, or executive functioning challenges, who struggle with meal planning, grocery shopping, consistent eating, or the day-to-day work of feeding themselves.
You don’t need to be “good at meal prep” to join. In fact, this program is designed for people who find traditional meal prep advice overwhelming, unrealistic, or difficult to maintain.
No. While the program is specifically designed with neurodivergent adults in mind, the strategies can also be helpful for anyone who experiences challenges with executive functioning, fluctuating energy, low appetite, sensory sensitivities, or the mental load of meal planning.
Each 60-minute session combines teaching, group discussion, practical activities, and personalized support. We’ll work through that week’s topic together and identify realistic strategies you can try in your own life.
You’ll also receive workbook activities, simple personalized homework, follow-up emails with key takeaways, and access to the session recording.
No! You won’t be expected to cook during the live sessions. The focus is on learning practical strategies, troubleshooting challenges, and creating systems that make meal prep and consistent eating more manageable in your everyday life.
No rigid meal plan here! Instead, we’ll focus on flexible frameworks and strategies that you can adapt to your preferences, schedule, energy, sensory needs, and appetite.
The goal isn’t to give you another plan to follow. It’s to help you build a system that actually works for you.
These challenges are absolutely welcome here. The program takes a neuro-affirming approach and recognizes that eating challenges can have many different causes.
We’ll explore strategies for eating more consistently, working with your sensory preferences, choosing foods that feel manageable, and reducing the pressure around meals.
Absolutely. The strategies taught in Meal Prep Made Easy Live are designed to be flexible and adaptable to different dietary needs, cultural foods, preferences, and restrictions. You’ll learn how to apply the concepts to the foods that work for you.
That’s exactly why we don’t focus on rigid meal prep routines. We’ll explore ways to plan for different levels of energy and capacity, so you can have options for both higher-energy and lower-energy days.
The goal is to create systems that flex with you rather than expecting you to function at the same level every day.
You’ll receive a recording of each session, so you can catch up if you’re unable to attend live. Recordings will be available for 1 year.
The live session is 60 minutes per week, plus some time for workbook activities and a small, personalized action step or “homework” between sessions.
The goal is not to add another overwhelming task to your to-do list. Your activities will be designed to be realistic for your individual capacity.
The self-paced course gives you the flexibility to learn the material independently, while Meal Prep Made Easy Live adds live support, accountability, discussion, and personalized guidance.
In the live program, you’ll have the opportunity to talk through your challenges, learn from other participants, and get support as you put the strategies into practice.
Your enrollment in Meal Prep Made Easy Live includes lifetime access to the Meal Prep Made Easy for ADHD self-paced course, giving you additional resources that you can return to whenever you need them.
The group is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 5 participants. This allows for meaningful discussion, individual attention, and a more supportive group experience.
Because this program is led by a Registered Dietitian, it may be eligible for insurance reimbursement depending on your plan.
If you live in Ontario or Nova Scotia, check with your benefits provider to see whether group sessions led by a Registered Dietitian are covered.
If you’re in the U.S. and have out-of-network coverage for dietitians, you can ask whether group programs are eligible for reimbursement. If they are, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider.
Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend confirming eligibility with your provider before enrolling.
